☺︎ pause hand on heart, full of gratitude. i made a new meditation for you (first one in 3 yrs!). it is under 4 minutes so please enjoy this time.

☺︎ journal question where am i creating roadblocks in my life?

☺︎ thought process all of the things i have done in my life have led me here today.

☺︎ daily habit stick with rituals that fill your heart with happiness. coffee? keep it if it cultivates a moment with yourself.

☺︎ wellbeing challenge walk outside and get sun on your face daily.

☺︎ body reset 1L + of water daily - flush it out baby.

☺︎ killer mindset i am deserving of all of the dreams i have in my life.

i recognize that my life is how it is because of me.

i am 33 years old, and that means i have had plenty of time to grow, and get to know myself as an adult and a contributing member of the social community around me.

if i have succeeded in my goals - it’s because of me.

if i haven’t done something i’ve been desiring - it’s because of me.

i have to put effort into the things that matter to me, because no one is coming to save me.

my life is my responsibility.

inspiration from what we’re given…

we think we need to accumulate more in order to be ‘moving forward’.

but truly, moving forward only means you’re doing better than yesterday, or last week, or 5 years ago.

how proud of you are you?

something healthy i’m doing this spring is building up my gut bacteria - and i spent $180 CAD so you didn’t have to (seeing my amazing naturopath)!!! if you want a bacteria building regime, i put together a list of supplements that i’m currently taking to help build up my immune system and my gut. along with this, i’m focusing on eating antioxidant foods, and foods that build the good gut bacteria - my current ‘it’ list is: garlic, onions, blueberries, beetroot, and asparagus. one thing to add: fish roe/eggs which is amazing for ev-er-y-thing.

something new that was announced today is my favourite band is coming to toronto. who’s in? blanco white in toronto

something(s) for your home i came across these amazing sculpture pieces made of porcelain i had to share. the artist is philip soucy and i’m pretty sure i’m going to buy one. also this amazing marble bowl that i bought for myself this week.

something new i’m considering is showing you the things i am appreciating more, while also giving insight on how we can all appreciate things more. translated : i want to show you the quality things i am loving and purchasing - that are catching my eye.
