our inner world
every single answer you have ever wanted is right there for you.
it is in the small nudges of inspiration, or the punches to the gut when someone else speaks the words that were meant for you.
there is a calling for every single one of us.
and in many ways, we are called so strongly - we just hardly ever listen.
when you listen in, you create a world based on your absolute truth and purpose.
you make a world so closely tied with your inner working - one that is deeply powerful, moving, and fulfilling.
as a human being, our instincts are one of our most innately powerful gifts. why is it that we love to tone them down so much?
why is it that we allow fear to overcome us? To take away what we were born for.
learning how to listen, and how to pause is one of the most important lessons in our life.
it is what brings us the life of our actual dreams.
this is what dreams are made of.

peace is perfect
the best way to bring peace to your body immediately.
- one. focus on your breath. breath in and feel it all over your body. recognize how hard it works for you, and how much support it gives you when you’re not even paying attention. let these breaths fill your nerves, your heart, your toes.
- two. relax your body completely. let go of the tension in your hands, in your legs - and stretch out. if you can, tense these areas and fully let them go and feel the release.
- three. visualize a peaceful setting. if you’re not already in one, visualize the most beautiful and heart warming place you can. notice how it only takes a shift in your perspective to get there. bring this back into your day with you.
peace is the north star. nothing in your life should jeopardize you feeling safe, happy and peaceful. so whens something is challenging that, re-asses.

♡ something good that i wanted to spread this week is happiness. love everything in your life. love everything that makes you smile or that challenges you. it’s all for you, and working with you.
♡ something new that i started for myself in this change of season is quercetin. it helps with immune system support and an antioxidant. this is helping me with my skin health and my overall wellbeing xo
