☺︎ pause soak in the song that’s playing. can you feel into where their words came from? what does the tone mean to you? can you transport yourself to this feeling they’re sharing?
☺︎ journal question how can i settle more into who i am, and who i am becoming?
☺︎ thought process i already have everything i’m seeking - i now need to believe it, and put it into action.
☺︎ daily habit 3 deep breaths in + out in the morning to ground.
☺︎ wellbeing challenge bare feet outside everyday (for at least 20mins)
☺︎ mind rest remember that the best things happen in time. everything you are is percolating to create an even better, deeply connected, you.
☺︎ ultimate you challenge do the ultimate you exercise below, and challenge yourself to read it daily this week (and into the next month?).

love will always find you - -
maybe it finds you in the warmth of a stranger's smile at your favourite café, or in a late-night conversation that feels familiar.
it shows up in the quiet moments: someone remembering how you take your coffee, or sending a song that sounds like you.
even if you’ve been hurt or hidden, love has a way of knocking gently, and making sure you know you are taken care of.

you are driven by your wounds.
it isn’t fun to admit; but there are old stories that we believe which still drive our lives.
unless you do the work of releasing these old stories, you will continue to be driven by your wounds.
most of us live life operating in ‘safety mode’, where our bodies are not wanting to be hurt like we were hurt before (like being bullied as a kid, being relied on too young, failing, etc)
i remember being there vividly - operating within a fear and a deep desire to be happier. i remember thinking, ‘there’s no way i can live my entire life like this’.
i realized i needed to do my ‘work’ in releasing the stories i was stuck to.
this part of my journey took me to Costa Rica (i moved there in 2021) to let it show itself.. where was it that i was missing something?
here, it hit me like a freight train and opened me up in the middle of the Central American rainforest. weeks of disconnect, mostly unreachable, as i deepened into a state of what i can only call as an introduction into what true love feels like. true self love.
my healing and my ‘work’ happened when i slowed right down - as soon as i asked to be the student.
for days i dove into journalling, meditation - all solo - and driven by my own deep curiosity. i needed to discover a faith, a belief, that something was out there supporting me and seeing my life journey along with me.
what i found was me, myself - in the layer below my hurt. the layer that was stronger, more calm, and more sure of who she wanted to be in life. and most importantly, the layer i discovered wasn’t driven by fear.
sometimes the work includes halting your current habits or life and going inwards (like CR ‘21). sometimes the work happens when something traumatic occurs and it makes you slow down ten-fold. sometimes the work happens slowly, incrementally over your life and in smaller events.
the best thing you can do is be aware. take it in stride, and recognize we all have something. something that has hurt us, that drives us - - that wants to be addressed to be able to show you a more rewarding, finer happiness.

the incredible you: an exercise that shifted my work life and my home life
—
get a pen and use as many pages as it takes.
write down the future you - in all of her/his glory (when i did this, my story took us 7 pages)
—
what are you doing on a daily? what routine supports this best life?
where are you? how does it look? who’s with you? how do they feel to you? can you smell the air? what does it smell like? what are you eating? what does it taste like?
what do you have? where are you getting your joy?
what are you creating, and how are people reacting to it?
—
re-read this page daily. embody it. feel it, taste it, and operate from within it.

♡ something incredibly humbling that came to me attention this week was the fact that i have been so caught up in planning every detail of my engagement party and my bachelorette, that i have taken a step back to sit with exactly what i want it all to feel like. what do i want to feel? what do i want my future husband to feel? my bridal party? at the end of the day, it’s about the experience and not the stress of things being perfect.
♡ something new that i started this week that i am immediately feeling great about is that i started a new prebiotic+probiotic blend called seed. its been 5 days so far and i’m really loving it. if you’re looking for a good mix to help settle + build your gut, i’d recommend it. use my code to save $25 here
♡ something(s) for your heart that i want to remind you is : that there are people out there who are cheering you on and wanting to see you succeed in life. these people are gold. send them flowers. or give them a big hug.
you guys are seriously the best.
rest until i see you next ♡
