THE PAUSE: simplicity in less, providing less to do
edition 003 - a reminder that all things are not permanent, that finding the time to spend with you and your inner thoughts is the best gift you can give yourself
THE PAUSE

this week i wanted to keep our time together really easeful for you. not too much to read.
the more you relax, the more you receive.
the universe doesn’t respond to your effort, it responds to your frequency. release the need to control the outcome, and take some time today to nestle into a more easy and comforting space.

☺︎ pause find a window, sit by it, look outside, and take 3 large inhales + exhales.
☺︎ journal question where do i need to slow down in my life?
☺︎ thought process the rest is as important as the drive
☺︎ daily habit lemon in your water in the AM ♡
☺︎ wellbeing challenge find a bitter, bold tea that will support your natural detox pathways that you enjoy and incorporate it into your life. (dandelion, nettle, etc)
☺︎ relaxation station find 30 minutes in your schedule this week where you will intentionally put down your phone. allow yourself to wonder. dream up your dream life. spend time in positivity and joy and dreaming. envision what the best, healthiest you looks like. or simply let your thoughts go and be with yourself.

𐬺 a small reminder things in life are fleeting. we are always changing, and things around us are always changing.
this week we lost our barn at the farm to a snow + wind storm. it fully collapsed. no one hurt, no horses hurt. but - it’s funny how a building can mean so much to you.
we create life memories in times + places that we will forever have in our hearts, and it is good to recognize the beauty of that.
and to recognize that not one thing lasts forever. when it’s gone, settle into the beautiful memory rather than the lack of it being there with you.

♡ something new i’m trying that makes me super happy is using honey as an anti-bacterial topical solution, for everything from eczema to moisturizing skin to wound healing. when using it to moisturize, the enzyme make up in honey allows for a plumper, softer skin with natural radiance. it leaves you with a glow that feels like you just went to the beach 🙂 it’s anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory nature allows for fast healing when used on wounds…. yes it’s a miracle remedy ☀︎
♡ something new i learnt this week that shocked me was this podcast. it is going to tell you so much of what you need to know about your health and the consequences of eating the diets we’re eating today. find more protein and fat in your meals - and see your life shift greatly from ill to well
rest until i see you next ♡
