edition 017 - romance in images, storing incredible memories for later, and why taking your time is important.
THE PAUSE
peace of mind is the new luxury


☺︎ pause there’s something about a song that brings you home. this one does - i recommend you listen to it in solitude and hear / feel the words.
☺︎ journal question how can i soak up all the blessings that are around me? what kind of love am i most grateful for in my life at this moment?
☺︎ thought process moments + feelings about moments are what make up life.
☺︎ daily habit look to the sun, and say thank you for it’s warmth.
☺︎ wellbeing challenge find a mineral-forward beverage (think electrolyte drinks, kombucha, beet crystals, etc) and incorporate it into your summer daily routine to keep extra hydrated in this heat.
☺︎ weekly stillness 5-10 minutes a morning this week we pray. pray to whoever you’d like and ask plainly and forwardly exactly what you are seeking in this next chapter of life, and what you are thankful for.


searching the files of your mind
have you ever attempted to recreate the feeling you felt in front of a sunset, when you’re not in front of a sunset?
or the feeling of deep love you have for someone (perhaps while you were embracing them), without actually being physically with them?
or the feeling of awe - which hits your heart when you’re in front of something grand or breathtaking (like when i cried at my first sight of the dawn wall)?
these are memories that we can relive - and the feelings they instilled in us can be felt again, right now.

close your eyes. pull in the memory of one of these moments that you’ve had.
imagine yourself being there. imagine the air, the sea, the person/the people, the sight you’re seeing.
bring it into your own body - into now. feel the calm all over your body. feel the grand-ness of the moment.

save these moments and feelings as : calm.

wedding planning has taken over and alllllll i can do is be romantic.
so, i created images this week instead of words. i hope they hit home beautifully for you this wednesday.




here’s how to release the pressure you have on yourself..
there’s no such thing as needing to get something done right now.
in nature, there is no restriction on time. there is no pressure to complete a task. earth has grown at it’s own pace, and nature doesn’t rush.
in my experience, the longer i have taken to complete a task (with intention), the more rewarding the results are. when more time is given, there is more space to allow it to be better, bigger, more beautiful - and for other opportunities to arise while the task is in the process.
there’s no need for rush. there’s no need for deadlines.
there’s you - how you feel in the process - and how your passion is showing up.
and you will never miss something that’s meant for you.
if it’s meant for you - boy.. will it find you.
