i want a remarkable life.
in my last days on earth, i want to feel as if i was deeply present for all of the dreams i saw come true in my lifetime. i want to know that i lived purely, empowered; full of integrity and unwavering kindness - and i followed through with every goal i had for my life.
but the one thing I have always had to keep in mind is that having ‘level’ emotions isn’t exactly a human trait.
we have ups, downs, sideways’s - in-between’s…
and there are so many moments where i personally don’t feel pure (excess wine and chocolate!!!!!), or i don’t feel powerful (i am tired, feeling weak or unmotivated), or my kindness has reached it’s limit for the day and there’s no patience left (you got me again, Rogers!!!).
forgive me, love me. i am human.
these are the times that i have had to make a habit to dig deep to find inspiration in how to better move forward. getting stuck there is an absolutely not an option for my dreams. and allowing a negative emotion to take over a beautiful moment or accomplishment is not cool, dude.
the thought that changed how i showed up was : what would be best for my future self? how can i help her to make sure she’s fully supported in all of her goals and dreams?
and that - that is the secret wellness weapon.
this is how i consistently show up for myself, and don’t let the present emotion take over my life’s outputs. my drive to do well for myself and the world has overcome any momentary glimmer of doubt or fear.
so, what would Lindsay do to best help the world with her guidance? she would show up, rain or shine, and be as honest and pure as she can be. no excuses.

racing cars (check!), marine life adventures (always ongoing, but freediving certified and swimming with whales - check!), buying my dream home in miami, being on the ocean as much as possible, marrying my best friend (love you D), romanticizing all of my life, having financial success, being a mom…

what does an ideal morning look like for you? calm energized, slow, intentional?
what’s one small thing you can do in the morning to support your health? water, deep breath, stretching?
how do you want to best prepare for the day ahead? journal, affirmations, reading, silence?
what movement feels good for you in the morning? a workout, walk, yoga, stretching?
what foods nourish you to bring you into the morning feeling so good?

here’s how mine looks life:
i take 10-15 minutes without my phone and snuggle my dog (my own form of meditation)
water with lemon and mineral drops
i eat a yogurt mix breakfast with this deliciously natural topping (eating right away helps my cortisol calm)
i put on my favourite outfit and head to hot yoga or pilates
shower, get ready (this is my self love + peaceful me time)
then i have my matcha (most days), and i pause while drinking it
i write my goals and tasks for my day in my fave planner
