edition 014 - create your life vision, discover what you don't not want to do in your lifetime, and fall deeper in love with yourself.

☺︎ pause take the biggest breath into your low, low belly. hold for a moment, and breathe out for 4-6 seconds intentionally.
☺︎ journal question what is the one thing i would regret not doing when i am 90?
☺︎ thought process you are only lying to yourself.
☺︎ daily habit wake up everyday and feel that your dream _(insert here)_ is a reality.
☺︎ wellbeing challenge schedule your workouts this week with future you in mind. push a bit harder, or rest more - whatever your body is telling you that you deeply need.
☺︎ body rest self massage - and a nice slow tune to feel into your rest.

do you truly believe you can do it?
down to your core - is there any part of you that doubts?
it’s all about what you choose to believe in.
it’s all about how you see the world.
is it full of possibility, or full of road blocks?
is it full of people who are your allies, or your competitors?
is it full of lessons, or full of wasted time?

soften, and trust yourself.

let’s get deep into your highest life. grab a pen +paper.
tune in
shift your perspective from your present limitations, to your future responsibilities
visualize your life in 3-5 years. this is your most authentic and expressed version of you. ask yourself ‘who am i being? how do i feel each day?’
write a letter to current you, desacribign your life in 3-5 years in vivid colour, and emotional detail.
set your pillars
recognize the areas of your life that you want improvement in, and desire more from.
health/vitality - relationships/community - creativity/expression - career/purpose - spirituality/inner peace - wealth/lifestyle
write 2-3 bullets on each of the above, telling yourself what thriving looks like within each category.
your north star
define what is the driving force for your self development
highlight what the biggest reason is for your life purpose, and what emotion that brings to you when you are fulfilling this goal. why does this vision matter? who else benefits when i live it?
write out your why statement. 1-2 sentences that summarize the deeper purpose behind the reason.
use the feeling(s) this excites in you as a filter for all future decisions.
your ideal day blueprint
bring your desires into a day-to-day clear vision.
write out a full, detailed day in your dream life.
what do you smell, see, taste, touch, wear, what/who are you surrounded by, where are you?
what are the rituals + habits you are executing in this dream life to make this day possible?
from vision to intention
connecting the dreaming and the doing
choose an action you can take this week that reflects your vision.
have a daily reminder/mantra to revisit (i am stepping into this version of me, this person who….)
revisit this entire sequence monthly and get closer and more clear on your vision.

♡ something new i’m doing right now is asking for help. because, life is better created together.
♡ something i am constantly embracing is fully embracing my style - which i would dub as elevated comfort. i love + need to be comfortable - that’s my MUST for me to feel my best and thrive. here’s a good example of my go-to outfit for elevated comfiness.
♡ something new i’m dying to share is that i am officially having 16 girls to my bachelorette in november!! SIXTEEN. wow i am so beyond blessed to be able to get this group of ladies together to enjoy some vacay time with me. i’ll be sharing lots - including the location - soon. anything you want to know in detail?
